Rental, delivery, installation, calibration and on-site support of LED walls and TV monitors for trade fairs and events. We handle the entire physical flow from our warehouse to your stand.
The LED wall is modular, extremely bright, ideal for large surfaces and bright environments. The TV monitor is cheaper, plug-and-play and perfect for small/medium stands and product demos.
Our primary operational range is Rho Fiera Milano and the metropolitan area. For events outside the zone we evaluate case by case — send us the details and we'll get back within 24 hours.
Fill out the online form with screen type, size, dates and location. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize the quote. Once accepted, we take care of it.
Within 24 business hours from form submission. During peak seasons (Salone del Mobile, EICMA, HOMI) it's best to contact us a few days in advance.
Yes, up to 72 hours before delivery. Last-minute changes are evaluated case by case based on material availability.
We guarantee delivery and installation within 48 hours of order confirmation, in the Rho Fiera Milano area. For complex events or outside area we agree on custom timing.
No. We arrive with a full team, structures, cables, monitors and software. You only need to provide the pavilion access badge.
A 55" monitor is ready in 30 minutes. A 3×2 LED wall in about 2–3 hours. A large installation (18+ sqm) requires a dedicated overnight session.
Yes. A technician is always reachable for the entire duration of the event, with on-site intervention guaranteed within 30 minutes in the Rho Fiera area.
Any video format (MP4, MOV), images (JPG, PNG), or presentations. If you need help with content we connect you with our video partners.
Immediate replacement from our on-site spare stock. No additional cost for hardware malfunctions.
For new clients we require a deposit at confirmation; the balance is payable within 30 days. For recurring clients we offer extended payment terms.
Bank transfer, credit card (via Stripe), PayPal for smaller amounts. Standard Italian electronic invoicing.
No. The quote includes delivery, installation, on-site support and teardown. Extras are declared upfront (e.g. night work, special access).
Yes, and we recommend it. Yearly framework contracts with dedicated discounts for exhibitors with 3+ events/year.
Yes. With the customer area you see your history and reorder with one click, updating only dates and location.
