Data controller

Standmob S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, is the controller of personal data collected through stand-mob.com. For any request regarding data processing you can write to [email protected].

Data collected

We collect only the data necessary to provide you with a quote or reply to your request: name, email, phone, company, event details and communications exchanged. We do not collect sensitive data.

Purpose of processing

Your data is processed to answer your requests, manage the quote, provide the requested service and issue invoices. It is not transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on consent when forms are submitted or on the execution of pre-contractual measures. Data is retained for the time necessary to provide the service and for legal obligations (10 years for invoicing).

Rights of the data subject

You have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict processing of your data, as well as to object to processing or request its portability. Write to [email protected] to exercise them.

What are cookies

Subject

These terms govern the contractual relationship between Standmob S.r.l. and the customer requesting the rental of LED walls, TV monitors and related services. Confirmation of the quote implies full acceptance of these terms.

Quote and order confirmation

The quote sent through the site is a commercial proposal valid for 14 days. The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment or written confirmation from the customer.

Delivery and installation

We deliver and install within 48 hours of order confirmation in the Rho Fiera Milano area. The customer undertakes to guarantee access, badges and spaces compliant with the technical specifications.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the rental. The customer is responsible for damages to material caused by improper use, vandalism or events not attributable to normal use.

Payment and withdrawal

Payment is made by bank transfer or card (Stripe). Withdrawal is possible up to 72 hours before delivery without penalty; within 72 hours 50% of the amount is due.

Jurisdiction

For any dispute the Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction.
